丙烯酸酯類(lèi)耐高溫光纖
普通光纖一般采用雙層丙烯酸酯涂覆層,典型最高工作溫度為85℃,而對(duì)一些非通訊應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域往往需要光纖工作于高溫環(huán)境下。本系列產(chǎn)品采用耐高溫丙烯酸酯涂覆層,同時(shí)采用多層保護(hù)層,使光纖短期最高耐溫可達(dá)175℃(取決于應(yīng)用條件),長(zhǎng)期最高耐溫可達(dá)110℃。

聚酰亞胺類(lèi)耐高溫光纖
聚酰亞胺涂覆層材料是工業(yè)光纖經(jīng)常采用的耐高溫聚合物,同時(shí)具備高拉伸強(qiáng)度、耐腐蝕與耐化學(xué)侵蝕。典型厚度15um,最高工作溫度長(zhǎng)期可達(dá)300℃,短期可達(dá)400℃,適合應(yīng)用于埋入式光纖傳感系統(tǒng),其高強(qiáng)度與高硬度的特點(diǎn)使得在井下應(yīng)用更加可靠。此種材料推薦剝離涂覆層時(shí)采用化學(xué)剝除方法。
